Your Tasks

• 2nd and 3rd level remote support of complex IT solutions with focus on Fortinet and Cisco security products.
• Troubleshooting and Operations.
• Supporting our customers with complex problems.
• Implementation of configuration and design changes.
• Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers.

Your profile

• Experience with firewalls (primary Fortinet) and routing and switching (based on Cisco) is preferred. If you have experience with FortiGate firewall policy changes, Forti manager and Forti SD-WAN solution then you are the right person to apply for this job.
• Know how with other firewall vendors like Cisco ASA/FPR, Palo Alto etc. is warmly welcomed, like the experience with cisco ISE and F5 load balancers.
• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent know-how is required.
• Very good English language, German language is welcomed.
• High willingness to communicate within the team and with customers.
• Reliability, flexibility, and commitment.
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting.
