Systems Engineers Collaboration
As a technical expert for Cisco VoIP and Video solutions you are
- Troubleshooting and supporting the Cisco voice infrastructure solutions for our global customers
- Supporting our customers in complex problems
- Configuring and designing changes
- Working on escalations towards manufacturers and customers
- Experience in supporting/managing of global Cisco VoIP deployments with multiple clusters and sites
- Video conferencing and collaboration tools experience
- Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification or equivalent know-how preferred (CCNA certification required)
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with external customers
- German language proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory
