Inside Sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and monitoring offers
  • Developing and optimizing the purchasing-process
  • Monitoring purchase orders, delivery dates and pricing
  • Acting as administrative connection for the department within the organization (for example in travel management, time scheduling and office supplies)
  • Assistance in logistics-processes

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service and/or sales support role
  • German language proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with external customers
