Cisco Support Engineer


  • Work as a Network Support Engineer supporting customers through phone, email, and case management system to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring of customer systems
  • Implementation of changes and configurations
  • Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer


Experience and skills

  • experience in an IT support role
  • Cisco CCNA certificate or comparable knowledge
  • problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • business communication skills
  • ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • english fluent and German knowledge would be great
