Information security (ISO 27001)
The operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) at NTS is consequently enhanced with our customer promise “RELAX, WE CARE” and it is validated by the ISO 27001 certificate. In the field of information security, “RELAX, WE CARE” implies that customers can rely on the fact our employees treat customer information confidentially and that NTS achieves or even exceeds the protection targets of our customers regarding availability, confidentiality, and integrity.
At NTS, information security derives from internal risk standards, internationally recognized best practises and customer requirements. Achieving the agreed availabilities and the confidentiality of the processed information are our highest priority towards our customers.

Internal control system (ISAE3402)
The standardized service performance that is provided by the NTS OC or the NTS Defense Team is not only part of the ISMS described. Well beyond the existence of processes and policies, NTS has a sophisticated internal control system that continuously checks, either automatically or as an obligatory part of the process sequences, which ensure all guidelines are complied with.
The NTS internal control system, in the service sector, is standardized according to ISAE3402 and subjected to monitoring by independent auditors throughout the entire year. The auditors confirm annually the effectiveness of the control system during the entire period (in an ISAE3402 type 2 report inclusive of confirmation of effectiveness).
Therefore, the qualification of the NTS services for the outsourcing of services in the IT infrastructure sector in risk areas if confirmed by a third party and it is monitored throughout the entire year. Respective confirmations can be submitted (in retrospect) upon request.

Quality Management (ISO 9001)
The Quality Management System (QMS) at NTS is verified by the ISO 9001 certificate and it reflects our engagement for continuous improvement and highest standards in all business processes. In the area of quality, “RELAX, WE CARE” stands for the fact that customers can trust our reliable, consistent, and high-quality services and products. Our QMS ensures that customer requests are not only fulfilled but often exceeded and that our customers always take center stage.
Implementation and monitoring of our QMS is done based on established processes, internal audits, and periodic checks to ensure that all requirements of the ISO 9001 standards are adhered to. This includes a systematic analysis of customer feedback, the identification of potential for optimization as well as the implementation of actions to increase quality.
