„Relax, We Care: More than empty words”

You don’t always find the proper partner right away. But often it is worth looking until you find one. Since the reliability of a good partnership is worth more than gold in a world of technological progress and of fast development of IT products. For the company Vector Informatik a modern IT infrastructure is indispensable and with NTS they have found a partner that

Such relationships are worth more than gold.” And the partnership with NTS brings about just that. It all started back in 2022 with an inventory and a refresh of technologies. Once the Cisco Enterprise Agreements were concluded, the hardware procurement eventually also changed to NTS. “When collaborating with NTS, I always had a good gut feeling. I realized immediately that they are just like us.” Since then, a strong partnership developed, which is characterized by

Vector Informatik takes care of customers from automotive, commercial vehicle, aeronautical, transport, medical and control engineering sectors and they offer solutions as well as consulting and support for highly sophisticated areas of application. This goes hand-in-hand with a high demand for functionality and quality. “There are roughly 4,000 employees working for us globally. Out of them, there are approximately 3,000 software developers. As a company, we therefore have unbelievable demands on our IT – performance, bandwidth, and security. This must be chiefly endured by the infrastructure,” says Yehia.

At Vector, Catalyst C9500 and C9300 switches that are equipped with a DNA center with Software Defined Access are used globally. In the data center, Nexus 9000 series systems are doing the work, and the WLAN is from Cisco as well. “Since we started the partnership with NTS, we had no bigger problems anymore. NTS is not only after the sale, but they focus on finding the best solution for our concerns. Then it is implemented with know-how. And when there is really a fire somewhere, I know who to call!

I can tap into the available expertise without having to place an order every time.” Yehia also appreciates especially that the NTS motto “Relax, We Care” are not just empty words. “In business, such situations simply happen, and it is very comforting when you have a reliable partner that helps quickly and in an unbureaucratic way.
