 The future of collaboration at RAITEC  

Together with NTS and Cisco, RAITEC is modernizing its videoconferencing rooms – over 300 new systems, perfectly coordinated for the flexible working world.    

RAITEC GmbH, Austria’s strongest regional IT system house, has completed the country’s largest video conferencing project together with NTS. With more than 300 high-quality systems, RAITEC ensures that small meeting rooms as well as large boardrooms are perfectly equipped – for secure and smooth collaboration that you can rely on. RAITEC acts as an IT service provider for the Raiffeisen Banking Group, focusing on data centre operations and the operation of decentralized hardware and software structures for banks in all business areas.  

Building trust through technology 

RAITEC was faced with the challenge of bringing its existing video conferencing solutions up to date. Video conferencing had long been an integral part of the company’s communications, but growing demands and the increasing need for remote working made modernization essential. Integration with Microsoft Teams was also a business requirement for the implementation and expansion of Cisco technologies.

All rooms at RAITEC were equipped with Cisco products, including small to medium-sized and large conference rooms. In total, more than 300 end devices were installed in Upper Austria, Styria, Innsbruck, and Salzburg. RAITEC chose the latest generation of Cisco video systems, including several Room Bar and EQ systems, which are particularly suitable for large rooms. These systems provide the highest quality videoconferencing – a prerequisite for professional, secure and hybrid collaboration. Easy and intuitive operation, sophisticated design, and functionality round off the features.
