The history of the von Berg family looks back on 600 years of milling tradition in Ansbach, Bavaria. The company specializes in the production of Regiokorn, baking mixes as well as organic and gluten-free products, whereby a special emphasis is put on the quality and the origin of the grain. The development of products such as the Lievito Madre baking mix emphasizes the commitment to innovation and quality.
