Efficiency Check: Cisco Enterprise Agreement

As digitalization progresses, not only is the number of applications constantly increasing, but also the need for subscriptions and licenses.To stay on top of things, Haufe Group SE chose the Enterprise Agreement (EA) from Cisco, including its own EA services Onboarding and Navigation. “Implementing the Cisco EA was a logical step for us in a complex IT environment. In addition to the price advantage over individual prices, it significantly simplifies license handling for us. Term consolidation, growth allowance and fixed post-purchase prices not only make financial planning easier, but also give us the flexibility we need in our business areas,” says Keller, underlining the future orientation of Haufe Group SE.

In the area of collaboration, Haufe Group SE has opted for the Cisco Flexplan. Rundumblick: Inventory4All

INVENTORY4ALL (I4ALL) s a tool for transparency and control of the network inventory. It can be used to ensure that all devices installed in the network are inventoried and to detect when devices expire. In addition, the software versions used are checked to ensure they are up to date. “We were involved in the implementation of I4ALL right from the start due to the good cooperation, tried it out immediately and are convinced of the benefits,” concludes Alexander Keller.
