Reporting System

In compliance with the EU Regulation on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (RL 2019/1937), as well as in compliance with national laws, the NTS Group established a reporting system that accepts anonymous reports. This platform shall enable NTS employees, customers and third persons to report breaches of law within the influence of NTS.

If you choose to use the platform to report breaches of law, your anonymity will be protected, as long as the report is made in good faith. The reports are investigated and evaluated by an external authority. NTS has no access to information that might lead to your identity.
