NTS – We Care!


Dear customer and partner,

Fortunately, we register a high need for NTS solutions to adapt, secure and scale IT infrastructures to current requirements. Our resources are still available to our customers, as we have quickly switched all departments to home offices, also thanks to 25 years of teleconferencing experience in the collaboration environment.

Our „Pit Stop“ and „Expert Talk“ series of events are now being implemented digitally via Webex Events. The format „NTS TELEKAFFEE“ invites you to a relaxed exchange. Flexible working methods, intelligent solutions and prompt remote services are part of everyday life at NTS and under the motto „Relax, We Care“ our customers can still convince themselves  of our super services – 24/7!

An „NTS Taskforce“ meets regularly and deals with the development of the containment of the Corona virus. Our goal formulated at the beginning of the crisis remains: Best possible contribution to the protection of the population as well as all NTS employees and the maintenance of our services in order to support our customers in the best possible way.


In the following we would like to inform you about the current NTS measures regarding customer care, internal organization and event management:

Our focus is not only on the health of the population but also on supporting our customers in this exceptional situation. It is also essential for us to maintain our business operations and our customer´s systems. Therefore, we bundle our internal resources to meet the requirements of home office, teleworking, secure network access and increasing data traffic. Our manufacturer partners, such as CISCO, react in parallel and are currently scaling their systems accordingly.

We would like to point out that we will look after all our customers in the best possible way as promptly as possible but that individual customers in the areas of health care, public security, energy supply, drinking water supply, (digital) infrastructure, food retailing or finance will have a special focus in emergencies!

Internally, NTS will switch to home office and conference calls. An established journal service at every location guarantees logistical processes and central services.

Our engineers are still on standby and our operations center is available 24/7 as usual.

Events already planned up to May 2020, such as pit stops („Boxenstopps“) and expert talks, will be converted to WebEx video conferences. We will also address acute customer needs thematically.

Larger customer events will be postponed to fall.
