The NTS year 2017 was characterized by growth and geographical expansion.

Once again, the highlight is our revenue increase for the NTS Group between 2016 to 2017 of close to 91 million Euros (90,813,244 Euros). This represents an increase of 11% compared to 2016 (81,964,556 Euros). Despite large investments in human resources and infrastructure, the profit grew by close to 28% compared to the financial year 2016.

For the current financial year, we are forecasting a record revenue of 105 million Euros.

FOR 2018 WE ARE FORECASTING A RECORD REVENUE OF 105 MILLION EUROS.

Employees development NTS Group

The number of employees increased between 2015 and 2016 from 172 to 205 employees and between 2016 and 2017 from 205 to 244.

Location development NTS Group

7 locations in Austria (Grambach/Graz, Klagenfurt, Vienna, Linz, Salzburg, Dornbirn, Innsbruck) guarantee a nationwide service coverage in the whole of Austria.

The location of Bolzano (Italy) that opened in 2011 was the first NTS location outside of Austria. The opening of the first German location, Friedrichshafen, was celebrated in 2017. Rosenheim is following suit at the end of 2018 and the first service location in Germany will still be opened this year in Leipzig. Additionally there are NTS subsidiaries in Switzerland and North America.

Expansion in Germany

Following the successful opening of the locations Friedrichshafen and Rosenheim in Southern Germany, the first service location in Germany will now be established in Leipzig. In order to offer existing and future NTS customers an even greater support, all NTS Super Services will now be available even more comprehensively due to the SOC location Leipzig. We consider establishing a workforce of 50 employees within 5 years as quite realistic. Until 2025, a total of 12 locations in Germany in the areas of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Bavaria are projected.

UNTIL 2025 A TOTAL OF 12 LOCATIONS IN GERMANY ARE PROJECTED.

Outlook

In all existing locations, additional staff will be hired.

For our future, we are considering our managed services portfolio as very relevant. Our customers shall be relieved from the operation of their system by our Managed Services. Next to taking a complete inventory, we monitor the IT infrastructure of our customers for performance and errors with the help of our managed services whilst making performance data visible and transparent at the same time. We offer harmonized services for the areas network, collaboration, Cloud and data center. Our services include a 24×7 monitoring with proactive error reporting, defined service level agreements and the handling of problems and faults.

 

Due to today’s business processes that are undergoing changes faster and faster, networks, storage systems and data centers need to be adapted in a more flexible way. Therefore, we will place a great emphasis on software-defined network and software-defined data center solutions. The NTS Managed-Private-Cloud concept will bring scalability and flexibility into the data centers of our customers. NTS CAPTAIN offers an independent, efficient and simple control of the data center infrastructure.
