Transparent with RFC 2350
We are pleased to announce the publication of our RFC 2350 compliant document that summarizes the structure, tasks and contact information of our Security Operations Center (SOC).
RFC 2350 is an internationally recognized standard that defines how a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) should transparently document its responsibilities and communication channels. This enables companies or partners working with a CSIRT to understand how incident management works, how to contact their service provider and what services are offered.
Document RFC 2350
By complying with the RFC 2350 standard, we create transparency and ensure clear communication when dealing with security incidents. By publishing the RFC 2350 document, NTS ensures that all customers and partners receive the relevant information to find the right contacts in the event of a security incident. It also provides an overview of the services offered by NTS, such as the detection of security incidents, the coordination of incident response and vulnerability management.
