Matthias Ploner has been Territory Manager of the southern most NTS site in Bolzano since 2011 and gushes about his team: “Team spirit and technological curiosity make us successful. When a team works well together then the success of our projects is ensured.”

NTS usually accompanies their clients throughout the whole project period and beyond that. If something should happen to not work, professional NTS support is convincing. “For us, the client comes first and it’s especially their challenges that we can only overcome with the right team and the right partners at our side. For example, if it involves global coverage of maintenance contracts. Regardless of whether a router, server or switch is defective in New Zealand, Alaska or Sicily – if something happens, action must be taken quickly.”

For the team in Italy, “Relax, We Care” means understanding what the client needs. With this knowledge, we will only delivered what is needed and makes sense. “Desire and passion to constantly acquire new knowledge of technologies are considered a basic requirement at NTS. This is the only way to ensure that projects are successful and customers are satisfied,” says Ploner. In Southern Tyrol some notable clients are Brennercom, Dr. Schär and GKN Aerospace. In the future, the “Bolzanos” also see themselves outside of the province of Southern Tyrol, for example in the Trentino region. Together with Cisco and a strong team in technology and sales at their side, many new and exciting projects await.
