With the NTS Managed Service Data Center, NTS provides its customers with the possibility to take over their data center – up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All this will include the technology stacks DC network, storage, compute, and virtualization in the data center. For this, one needs a comprehensive range of services that needs to be appropriately aligned to the data center infrastructure of the customer.

The Managed Service Data Center accompanies NTS customers during the setup, the operation, and the management of appropriate components. Inventory, configuration backup, system monitoring, policy and patch management, incident and change management – customers fall back on the expertise of renowned NTS data center experts and integrate the chosen technology stacks into their IT.

This Managed Service by NTS can be used as a total package, it can be utilized as a module, or it can complement additional NTS Managed Services such as Backup or Kubernetes – adjusted to the individual requirements of the company. With our Managed Service, we take over the responsibility for the operation of your data center and you can entirely focus on your core business, true to the slogan “Relax, We Care”.

The operational management includes 24×7 infrastructure monitoring, autonomous incident handling in case of breakdowns within guaranteed response times, as well as a change and release management / request fulfilment, all fully adapted to the customers’ requirements. The activities are defined by the stipulated performance indicators (availability, response time, running time). The service can be continuously optimized because of permanent measurements, and it can be best suited to the customers’ needs via a common control – this is considered as the basis for the high stability and availability of the data center.

VIRTUALIZATION – A hardware-independent virtualization layer to assure efficient hardware usage. The Enterprise Hypervisor layer serves for the flexible management of virtual machines

COMPUTE – Computing resources provide computing power and working memory for the servers or applications that have been requested by the customer

STORAGE – The storage infrastructure for the storage of business and application data

DC-NETWORK – The connection of servers, data center services, storage, backup, and external network connections via the network infrastructure
