NTS Leipzig
The leipzig switch-hunter
IT puns are perhaps the only laughs the NTS problem solvers have at work. Because no fun at all are the (sometimes) very urgent and serious customer matters.
One thing is certain: The work in the OC or generally as an NTS engineer requires a high level of responsibility. In some cases also a high endurance at short notice is needed, as emergency situations at the customers are very rarely predictable. Employees have to fit into this environment in order to fulfill these tasks and this seems to be applicable in the city of Goethe’s “Faust” character. With a count of 31, the northern most of all NTS addresses has the most employees and thus became the head office of NTS Germany.
Under the leader ship of Operations Manager Max Marschall, the location is on one hand side, the fourth NTS OC next to the ones in Graz, Vienna and Klagenfurt. On the other hand, it fullfils more and more agendas for customers that are normally reserved to NTS locations. NTS-Leipzig continues to be purely equipped as an OC but should there be the need for NTS to open a new, fully-fledged location in Germany, then the one in Leipzig is the most suitable one.
Best prospects for NTS Leipzig on our own roof terrace!
Because the arguments speak for themselves: The location of the NTS office on the Goerdelerring close to the Leipzig railway station is perfect, the roof terrace with views of the tower of the cityhall and the historic center invites a moment of peace. In general, Leipzig has qualities for NTS as well as for the employees that you would have to search for somewhere else. 1.2million live within a perimeter of 30 minutes by car, the general quality of life helps to achieve an ideal position on the labor market. As known for a long time at NTS: The best location does not help when the employees cannot afford living there or when the working atmosphere falls short of the expectations.
Since the fall of 2021, it is one of the tasks of the Inside Sales Department to make sure that newcomers (and of course also the old hands) feel at ease. During onboarding, the strengths of NTS – honest appreciation and familiar camaraderie (and certainly the high standard of know how) – are emphasized. If for some reason you were feeling depressed by the bad weather after a long working day, then you could choose your working climate at NTS with a long workcation. Including a sun burn.
