NTS JARVIS is a smart booking system that facilitates the booking of meeting rooms and shared desks. With NTS JARVIS, browsing of participants’ outlook calendars is a thing of the past. Booking of meetings, rooms and shared desks is now accomplished within seconds.

NTS JARVIS brings everyone to one table – even if it is only a virtual one. The system is simply retrieved via the browser, or it can be integrated in your collaboration tool. NTS JARVIS is an NTS in-house software development and can be used in combination with Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex video devices and Microsoft Exchange.

BOOKING MEETINGS MADE EASY

Is your daily routine complicated by annoying browsing through outlook calendars? NTS JARVIS simplifies the meeting organization and increases efficiency. Simply add the required attendees, choose the desired day and time as well as the duration of the meeting and decide which room option (virtual and/or via meeting room) is suitable for your meeting. Regions and location limitations can be used as a filter. NTS JARVIS searches for a suitable date and the invitation is sent directly to all participants through the system.

SIMPLE ROOM BOOKING

With NTS JARVIS you can book from home, on the go or from the office. Additionally, you can book meeting rooms simply and directly at the meeting room via the Cisco Room Navigator (Displays)¹ as long as the room is available. This also works the other way round. If you want to cancel a room, then you can easily do so via the Cisco Room Navigator (Displays) as well.

Additionally, the Cisco Room Navigator also displays the current bookings for the meeting room as shown n the picture “Outside Booking”.

An ad hoc booking is done quickly as with NTS JARVIS you can see the overview of all the rooms, and you can immediately see which rooms are currently occupied, when they will be occupied, and which rooms will be available.

SHARED DESK

Currently, with remote work gaining more and more significance, it frequently occurs that workstations need to be shared on the company’s own site. Not having a system could easily create organizational chaos. This chaos can be prevented with the NTS JARVIS Shared Desk function. Within a few seconds, you can book an available workstation for a certain period so that any double bookings are eliminated.
