NTS banks on new Managing Directors
Due to the continuous and successful growth of the NTS Group, Thomas Hausegger and Jürgen Tabojer will take over the responsibility for the businesses in Austria and Germany as respective Managing Directors. As Sales Directors, Hausegger and Tabojer are currently already decisively contributing to the country-wide successes in sales in their respective countries. In their extended roles, Hausegger and Tabojer will ensure a strong representation and presence in Austria and Germany. This adaption supports the strategy to address the needs of customers and partners in both countries with a more targeted approach.
For CEO Alexander Albler, these allocations of management staff represent a logical step due to the growth of the NTS Group. By spreading the managerial responsibility, it is meant to achieve a greater flexibility and visibility in the respective countries. Albler’s comments on the new roles: “The creation of these positions for Austria and Germany is a strategic step in order to better address the specific market and customer requirements. This decision emphasizes our commitment to a customer-centric focus.”

In Austria, Thomas Hausegger will take over the role of Managing Director and he will also be a member of the Board of Directors of NTS Netzwerk Telekom Service AG alongside CEO Alexander Alber and CFO Vinzenz Ferk. With his comprehensive and long-standing experience, Hausegger will further develop the business strategies for Austria, and he can rely on an experienced team as well as on excellent partnerships. “As the incoming Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors for Austria, I am looking forward to the opportunity to advance the growth of NTS in such a future-oriented market. It is a part of my goal to expand NTS’s strong customer orientation and technological expertise in the Austrian area”, stipulates Hausegger.
At the seven Austrian locations Graz, Vienna, Linz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Salzburg and Dornbirn, more than 500 employees look after IT systems and IT processes of national as well as of international customers. “It is always our utmost concern to be as close as possible to the customer to continuously safeguard our high quality in the field of customer care. With our excellent team and a strong location network, our customers can rely on NTS around-the-clock.”, declares Hausegger. Due to the strong and sustained growth of the NTS Netzwerk Telekom Service AG, the expansion of the NTS head office in Raaba-Grambach near Graz with more than 80 additional workspaces including conference rooms was completed in 2020.
Market presence in Germany to be further expanded
In Germany, NTS also operates in seven locations, and it could successfully establish itself on the German market with its solutions and services along with a strong partner network. Currently more than 100 employees in Leipzig, Rosenheim, Friedrichshafen, Augsburg, Heidelberg, Regensburg and Reutlingen take over the responsibility for the design, the implementation and the smooth, secure operation of IT systems of prestigious businesses and institutions.
In his new role, Jürgen Tabojer, designated Managing Director of NTS Deutschland GmbH will continue this successful development and will strengthen the presence of NTS in Germany: “I am very pleased to continue supporting this evolution of NTS in Germany now as a Managing Director as well.
