New Locations in Germany, Switzerland, and the U.S.
The NTS Group is starting 2026 with clear plans and is preparing new initiatives in Germany, Switzerland, and the U.S. The IT service provider, which focuses on network, security, collaboration, data centers and platforms, is continuing its growth in a strategic and customer-focused manner. The focus remains on the people behind the technological solutions: a team of highly qualified technicians who, with a strong customer-centric approach, ensure that companies across a wide range of industries can operate securely and reliably.
For 2026, NTS plans further expansion in three strategically important regions, thereby strengthening the company’s international focus. The goal is to support customers worldwide with strong services and the best employees exactly where they are needed.
A primary focus is on Germany. With a new branch in North Rhine-Westphalia and a strong local team, NTS is strategically expanding its proximity to customers. “The planned presence in North Rhine-Westphalia is a logical step for us. This allows us to create greater proximity and availability directly in the region,” adds Jürgen Tabojer, Managing Director and currently responsible for eight locations in Germany. Just recently, NTS Germany was honored at the 2026 Channel Excellence Awards as the Best IT Service Provider in the revenue category of 250 million to 1 billion euros. The award is based on independent customer reviews and confirms NTS’s high standards for service quality, consulting expertise, and collaborative partnerships.
The IT service provider is also stepping up its activities in Switzerland and will be represented at the Cyber Security Days in Bern in February 2026 to strengthen its engagement with companies that demand the highest standards of reliable IT services. Thomas Hausegger, Managing Director for Austria, explains: “By participating in the Cyber Security Days, we’re demonstrating that we’re ready to provide reliable expertise and experience in the field of security whenever companies need us.”
In addition, activities in the U.S. are being stepped up to provide even better support for internationally active clients and joint projects. “Our locations grow where our clients are. For us, proximity matters—even for international projects. The U.S. in particular highlights how important it is to have reliable partners right on the ground,” explains Alexander Albler, CEO and co-owner for over 30 years.

The demand for managed services, as a service models, and security services is steadily increasing. Companies are looking for stable operating models and partners who take responsibility and provide reliable, round-the-clock support. NTS’s comprehensive portfolio of solutions continues to evolve accordingly. In the field of artificial intelligence, NTS has already identified additional areas of focus for 2025. With an AI platform, practical use cases, and new automation approaches, NTS supports companies on their journey toward data-driven and secure IT environments.
“AI is changing the way we work, but it doesn’t replace what makes us who we are. Our services remain reliable and straightforward. AI helps us respond faster, protect ourselves better, and manage IT environments more intelligently. The combination of experience, automation, and practical AI use cases creates exactly the added value our customers need today,” explains Alexander Müllner, Chief Commercial Officer at NTS.
Partner Power for Modern IT Platforms
With Red Hat and HashiCorp, NTS 2025 has gained two strong technology partners that provide key building blocks for modern platforms. Red Hat particularly strengthens NTS in the areas of platform engineering, OpenShift, and enterprise open-source technologies, which serve as the foundation for scalable applications, automation, and AI scenarios. HashiCorp ideally complements this offering with solutions for provisioning, secrets management, and multi-cloud automation. Together, these new partnerships enable us to better support companies in building secure, resilient, and future-proof IT platforms.
Alexander Albler, CEO of NTS, is optimistic about the future. “2026 will be an important year for us. We remain committed to healthy growth, strong partnerships, and solutions and services that support our customers. Technology is evolving rapidly, but our mission remains unchanged: to take responsibility and get better every day.”
