At NTS, home office is a given, needless to say that it comes with the best technological facilities whilst ensuring all aspects of safety at the same time. By using state-of-the-art technology in the area of collaboration, NTS sets an example by working against high CO2 emissions and supports a strong awareness for the environment. 8,071.8 kilometres equalling 4,898.8 kilograms of CO2 emissions are saved per online meeting with an average of more than 600 participants. This equals almost the distance from Graz to Florida. Thus, the entire team is able to dial in quite comfortably from 19 locations to more than 600 home office spaces without long waiting periods, flight delays and complicated hotel reservations.

LEARNING NEVER STOPS

In many cases, demands in daily business life are undergoing permanent changes. NTS conducts an annual employee survey in order to evaluate the employee satisfaction true to the motto “Happy employees are the key to success”. This is also reflected in the newest ranking of the best employers in Austria by Kununu, the business magazine Trend and the market research institute Statista.
