Responsibilities

  • Operation of network and security solutions for our international customer in the beverage industry
  • 2nd and 3rd level onsite and remote support for IT network & security solutions
  • Executions of network configuration, design changes and maintenance activities
  • Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers
  • Operate change requests and tickets
  • Analysis and rectification of faulty reports

Experience and Skils

  • Professional knowledge of routing & switching (LAN, WAN, VPN, network analysis tools). Multiple years of experience with wireless and security products (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto & Meraki)
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Excellent English language skills (basic German skills are big plus)
  • Creativity in solution development and consistency in problem solving
  • Solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Personal interest in participating large-scale customer projects
  • Willingness to learn and enjoy new technologies
  • Good organizational skills and solid team player
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
