Scattered infrastructures, massive demands for the scalability of applications and requirements for agile software development require new platforms. Particularly in the Cloud, containers represent the new “delivery format” of applications or microservices, and Kubernetes is now established as an orchestration platform. In close coordination with the customers’ DevOps and platform engineering teams, NTS builds tailor-made solutions from Kubernetes platforms by SUSE Rancher and VMware Tanzu, and integrates tools such as Terraform and Vault by HashiCorp, repositories by GitLab and many more.
On top of that, NTS experts assist the customer with automation and the optimization of complex app infrastructures in order to optimally support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes. Should you wish to focus only on the deployment of new software releases and apps, NTS gladly takes on the responsibility and supports the operation of the infrastructure that is required.

AppDynamics allow for monitoring each component of an application or a microservice in every detail, even to the code level if need be. ThousandEyes offer an end-to-end view from the client all the way to the application – no matter if on-premises and/or Cloud hosted. These visibility tools are both deployed by NTS to its customers in combination and therefore enable a unique view of all the parameters of the user experience – all this from any desired angle. By using APIs, NTS experts integrate AppDynamics and ThousandEyes data in Splunk and enable a selective and rapid elimination of constraints and mistakes. Satisfied users, with successful transactions, are a genuine competitive edge in any company, which result in good relations to their customers.

By using Infrastructure-as-Code, NTS assists its customers in automating routine tasks in the IT infrastructure that previously tooks hours or days. As a result, the scale is reduced to minutes. Thereby, NTS experts rely on the IaC tool terraform by HashiCorp and utilize the APIs of hardware and software products from our manufacturing partners like, for example, Cisco ACI, NetApp Cloud OnTAP or VMware NSX. We not only advise our customers in matters of automation of Cloud and data center infrastructures, but we also include network, security and collaboration environments for our customers at IaC projects straight away.
