Responsibilities
- Carrying out ongoing personnel administration
- Contact person for all personnel administration issues
- Communication with public service authorities
- Preparatory payroll and cooperation with external payroll accountants
- Classic office management (mail, ordering office supplies, site support)
- Travel bookings for colleagues
Experience and Skils
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Service orientation, high ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
