Responsibilities

  • Carrying out ongoing personnel administration 
  • Contact person for all personnel administration issues
  • Communication with public service authorities
  • Preparatory payroll and cooperation with external payroll accountants
  • Classic office management (mail, ordering office supplies, site support)
  • Travel bookings for colleagues

Experience and Skils

  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of English
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Friendly and professional appearance
  • Service orientation, high ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
