Responsibilities

  • Receipt/ analysis, and resolution of incident reports
  • Monitoring of customer systems 
  • Implementation of changes and configurations 
  • Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer

Experience and Skils

  • Good knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies as well as security
  • Experience in an IT support role is an advantage 
  • Cisco CCNA certificate or comparable knowledge 
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Business communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
